To place your order for goods from the senzimi Ltd website you will need to click on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. The process of placing an order is simple; just follow the instructions provided on the website.
Once your order has been placed, an acknowledgement will be send to your email address which will provide you with a reference number and full details of your order including pricing. Please note this acknowledgment is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from senzimi Ltd.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between is deemed to have taken place once we have dispatched your ordered goods to you.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. All prices of goods shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The total cost you will pay when ordering from the website is the price of the products (including VAT) plus the cost of the shipping/postage/delivery, the rates for which also includes VAT. Please refer to the shipping and delivery section for rates and options. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the unopened goods in their original packaging, along with the original invoice to us at your own expense. Without these, senzimi skincare will not be able to reimburse the cost of the goods. Please note that due to reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returned goods that have been opened and we may weigh returned goods prior to making any final reimbursement. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
